IRONHOLD

Stacked Alchemist
Property command · Resident home

Run your rentals like a glass suite. Welcome tenants like home.

Ironhold is two absolute identities: a luxury Command center for landlords, and a warm Home portal for residents — invite-only, fair rights, and tools built for one duplex or a hundred doors.

Two worlds. Zero confusion.

Landlords walk into a skyline suite. Residents open a door that feels like home. Same platform — completely different identity.

For owners

Ironhold Command

Glass-pane executive suite: portfolio pulse, maintenance queue, live chat, AI, rights ledger, and analytics — designed for people who manage property like a business.

📊 Dashboard — action items before coffee
🔧 Maintenance — reply once, tenant sees it live
💬 Messages — threaded, not lost in text chains
For residents

Ironhold Home

Earthy, calm, invite-only. Pay rent, track repairs, read your lease, and message your landlord without ever seeing another tenant’s data — or a landlord control panel.

💳 Pay — card, Zelle, Venmo, split schedules
🔧 Repairs — photo-ready requests + status
🏡 Lease — terms you can actually find

Functions that feel inevitable

Hover any card — the bubble tells you what it does and why it exists. Built so the little guy and the scaled operator both win.

Tracks every door, unit type, and occupancy — duplexes love this.
🏛
Properties

Add SFRs, duplexes, multi-unit. Units power tenant assignment and invite links.

Invite tokens bind a human to one unit. No freeloaders wandering in.
👤
Tenants + invites

CRM + portal link. They create Home accounts only through your invite.

Tenant submits → you reply → status updates on their side in real time.
🔧
Maintenance loop

Priority, category, landlord response. No more “did you get my text?”

Separate from random SMS. Full history for both parties — fair and clean.
💬
Command ↔ Home chat

Stunning threaded messaging between owner suite and resident home.

Drafts notices, fee math, lease language help — never silent legal advice.
AI suite (landlords)

Claude-powered assistant in Command. Tenant side stays human-first & safe.

Paycheck-friendly installments. Late fees only after grace + full balance rules.
Split payments

Partial rent schedules that match real life — rare among PM tools.

Both sides see the same ground rules so nobody “pulls a fast one.”
Mutual rights

Transparent landlord & tenant rights inside the product — not buried in a PDF.

Revenue, occupancy, trends — pretty enough for investors, sharp enough for tax time.
Analytics

Charts for cash flow and portfolio health without enterprise bloat.

Grace periods, late fees, payment methods, e-sign — your house rules, encoded.
Rules & settings

Per-property policies and payment rails tenants actually see and follow.

Honest pricing — 1 door to 100+

We refuse to punish the little guy. Scale when you grow — not before.

Rights that keep everyone honest

Neither side should get blindsided. These principles live inside Command and Home — not just a marketing page.

Landlord rights

  • Set and publish grace periods, late fees, and rent due days per property
  • Require invite-only portal access — no anonymous “unit hoppers”
  • Full audit of maintenance, messages, and payment status
  • Documented fee waivers when you choose mercy
  • AI drafts with “not legal advice” guardrails

Tenant rights

  • See rent due, grace, and late fee rules before paying
  • Submit repairs with a permanent status trail
  • Message history neither party can quietly erase mid-dispute
  • Access lease terms and deposit info in Home
  • Never see other tenants’ private data or Command controls

FAQ

Straight answers for operators deciding if Ironhold is their stack.

Can tenants sign up on their own?

No. Home is invite-only. You add a tenant in Command and share (or email) a unique link. That keeps the wrong people out of your units.

What if I only own one duplex?

Perfect. Free and Studio are built for the little guy — no $1.40/unit enterprise tax. You still get the dual-world experience the big platforms charge a fortune for.

Do you replace AppFolio or Buildium?

If you need enterprise trust accounting for 5,000 units, they still win. If you want a product people love opening, dual identity, and fair pricing from 1–200 doors — that’s Ironhold’s kill zone.

Is AI available to tenants?

Command AI is for landlords (notices, fee math, ops help). Tenants get a calm portal — not a free-form legal bot that could create liability for either side.

How do payments work?

Configure Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App in Settings. Split schedules are first-class. Live card capture depends on your Stripe keys; manual rails work with confirm-sent flows.
